Penn-Jersey X-ray Return Policy

  • Personalized and custom-made items are not returnable unless they are defective.


  • All other returns are subject to a restocking fee plus shipping charges.


  • Products cannot be returned unless accompanied by a return authorization number issued by our Customer Service Department.


  • No returns 30 days past the invoice date will be accepted.
